Only Auto parts store you'll ever have to deal 🤝 with. They have everything you need and their " crackerjack " staff will install whatever they can install for you with always sound advice and best prices you'll find anywhere. Nothing but helpfulness ! ! !
I don't know what to say. I'd been going to this napa for over 30 years. They are great friends and they respect the customers all the time. I never heard of any worker disrespecting anyone who comes in. The employees will come out of the store and assist you with whatever they can. Replace the battery or wipers etc.
Forget about going to other auto parts stores. This place has everything. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The cashier was very friendly, their personnel looked up the rear lights that my daughter needed for her car and showed me how to install them. My daughter and I were very happy with the service. They have gained a lifetime customer. Don't let the small outside fool you.
