The office staff was very nice. Dr. Kramer was kind and really listened to my concerns.
Dr. Kramer gives a very thorough exam and listens to your questions and concerns. Overall best Dr. I've ever had.
She listens to you and is very thorough. She will always return your call and usually within 24 hours. She is the first doctor to actually help me after over a year of being ill and having thousands of dollars of testing done. I am so glad to have actually found a doctor who has taken an active interest in me and my illness and not just brushed me aside. She was actually the second choice referral of the third specialist I had seen for my issues. I wish she was the 1st doctor I went to!
Dr Kramer is a ver kind, considerate person who takes the time to explain scary things to the patient. She looks at the whole patient and conveys a sense of caring deeply about the patient. I would reccomend Dr Kramer to anybody. She answers all questions even the smallest and most insignificant and takes time to make sure you understand how inhalers, machines work. She is terrific.
