Amazing experience. Was walking by with a friend, decided to go in. Customer service was on point and my friend and I ended up leaving with matching rings. So cute ☺️
Disappointing. Initially great customer service. The first time i used them one of them bent so went back to get them reshaped. They held onto them for 3 months, i called multiple times with no answer. When i finally went in they said as they get their earrings made in Bali they cannot fix them. Wouldnt shop here again.
I could not speak more highly of my experience at this store earlier today! There was a pricing difference between what I intended to buy and what was available, and the very generous and friendly Dave helped resolve this. He also observed my own style and recommended pieces he thought I might like, which was attentive. His service was truly above the port of call. I am so happy that I shopped here and I am sure my friend will love her beautiful earrings. Thank you so much! :)
