Great Place to live with Wonderful Amenities !
I went in last week and got a tour with Eleanor. I enjoyed all the amenities especially the pool,gym, and fabulous granite islands in the kitchen . Staff was friendly and property was keep nicely 👍🏾
The Lynd Company has evicted a single mother with three children who fell on their property and injured herself not able to work. Management and the Insurance Company didn’t have enough compassion to help this mom and her children after mom injured her back permantly. The staff are liars, and overlooked their respeonsibilty for providing a safe environment for their residence. Residence at Fannin is a great place to live the staff is terrific is no other place in Houston to rent or lease apartment. Special bonus: Starbucks Coffee machine.
The management team are honestly spectacular! They work very well together and do an outstanding job!
Wonderful management team! The leasing office girls are very helpful and always smiling. Pet friendly with an awesome dog park. And Well kept property.
The management here are awesome people! They are so personable and great at making sure communications are constant. They make sure the tennants have activities to engage in on a regular basis and are always interacting with the residents. I love the fact that they go out of their way to make sure needs of the resident's are being met. Also, I can' leave out the fact that they have fresh baked cookies in the lobby everyday for those who are interested!!!
Management is HORRIBLE! They don’t go by shit in the lease agreement. They don’t care about the residents unless the residents have something on them. The number for the courtesy officer is a crock of shit and a coverup to make you think you’re safe. Neighbors are rude as hell and have no respect. People lie on their applications where they work just to stay here and nothing is ever looked into. Problems go unsolved and management waits for something bad to happen so they can send out the fake apology letter. A lot of things... read more
