Between the lawn being mowed at 7:30am, the trash cart barreling down the sidewalk 9-10 times early every morning, and the loud neighbors playing music at all hours, I’m not sure when someone is supposed to sleep while living in this complex. Also, the main manager is SO rude and does not care about the tenants. (Leasing manager is nice) The only thing she seems to worry about is getting new residents to sign leases. Living here is literal hell. Between the fire alarms going off constantly, the water being shut off for days, the mostly incompetent staff, the inconsiderate & LOUD neighbors, and the AUDACITY to raise the rent after last year— do not ever live here. I beg of you.
I've just recently moved from Nantucket at Fannon station it was a great place to live from 2 years. It was in a great location easy access to everything...if your looking for a great place to live you should stop by and check them out I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
Awesome staff and maintenance which is a plus. I would recommend living here!

Worst place I’ve lived in! Apparently it’s not their fault they don’t have enough parking spots for their residents so if you park anywhere else you will get towed. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE 4 HUGE DUMPSTERS COVERING ABOUT 6 SPOTS! Do not recommend. I’ve worked at an apartment complex before and I know how things work and they are not helpful at all.
Such a pleasant living environment and the staff are very friendly.
