Incredible time doing the Wilderness Survival Course! Jeff was a great teacher and I appreciate the dedication to insuring the students are learning very critical primitive life skills.

I came limping in with shoes that were killing my feet. Went in and Tom hooked me up with a pair of my old tried and true boots. Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed access to the store (and a pkg to mail) the following morning before opening (and I was anxious to get back on the trail). Jason went out of his way to assist me with supply needs as well as shipping. Definitely above and beyond what was required

The zip lines were absolutely breath taking and I can securely say that my husband and I are hooked! Chewy and Sam were very laid back and yet still knowledgeable which made for an awesome experience!
My husband & I did the zip line yesterday for the very 1st time. Extremely satisfied - guides Coffey & Daniella were very professional but made the entire experience a great one with their outgoing friendly personalities, information on the area, "life questions" at every stop to get you thinking.. they stressed the safety which made you feel very safe & secure- which was really needed at the mega zip! Lol. Enjoyed rehashing our zip line experience our new friends. Thank you NOC!

Not my first time zip lining, but it's been a very long time. We had one guest with us who it was his first time! Our guides were GREG & CHEWEY...they are a fantastic team! ! Loved both of them. It was Greg's birthday and our guest was Greg and his birthday TOO!! It was certainly a memorable day. I really enjoyed the guides humor and environmental knowledge. Thank you, Greg & Chewey.
The Nantahala outdoor center is absolutely wonderful. I had such a great time rafting for my first time. The river is beautiful and the atmosphere is so chill and inviting. I can't wait to go back!
