This place is a first class operation. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times. The facility is superior to the other outdoor companies in the area. We went on the rafting trip and the zip line adventure park. Two great days, we will definitely go back for more activities.
We have a nice extended family rafting father's day weekend, awesome! rented inflatable kayaks (ducky's) for a self-guided adventure! the staff and transportation to the launch point was excellent. the River adventure was awesome, stopped at the pizza on the river for lunch and then headed down to the falls and take out! Had an adult beverage while relaxing and watching the other kayakers and rafters arrive! highly recommended!

They have the best river guides ever! I especially enjoy the humor and the knowledge about the river and plant life shared by the guides along the river.
If you want to relax and enjoy some of the best mountain atmosphere for white water in the Western North Carolina area, this is it. The staff of the NOC are the best, most knowledgeable and friendliest folks there are. They have everything you need to enjoy outdoor life. I love this place and have since early in the 1990's.

We bought our daughter the beginners class for whitewater kayaking. I was a your class and she loved it. The restaurant had wonderful food. There are lots of things there to do or just sit in a chair and listen to the river. Very peaceful and relaxing.
