The person handling my appointment was wonderful. I'd made an appointment for the following day and, while choosing a time, I mentioned that I had an afternoon meeting. She called me the morning of my afternoon appointment and said she'd remembered my meeting conflict. She offered me the chance to come earlier. I don't know how you could improve your service to me. As always, I found the the staff to be exemplary in every way - From Maureen, Jenny to Dr. Trotter. It is always a pleasure to have my six month appointment (is that weird or what?)!!!!!
