Exceptional care and wonderful people. Couldn't ask for a better place to have treatment and will stay forever.
I met Renee filling in for Lisa. She did very good and explained things well and was very nice. Enjoyed meeting her.
Your appointment reminders (telephone) are overkill and rude. A simple automated reminder (10 seconds) is more than enough. Anything more than that is wasting our message space. And asking us to take our time to call you back to let you know we will be there is very rude. Our time is as valuable as yours. I was in a business that required lots of client appointments but I would never ask them to call me to confirm an appointment. If they're that dumb, maybe they shouldn't be clients (patients?).
Love that there is now free coffee being offered in the waiting room.
As usual the staff was terrific and my visit was not traumatic. To me this is a special place that I am glad I found.
I had a new hygeinest. My previous hygienist Janet retired so I had Jenny as my new hygeinest. Jenny was fantastic as well and did a good job cleaning my teeth.
Mrs. Mothershed and Dr. Trotter were both very professional, kind, and a pleasure to be around!
Susan Mothershed is very aware of her patient's comfort level when she is cleaning their teeth. Dr. McLemore always has time to answer questions about tooth care. Awesome staff!
