I wish I could give Nancy more than 5 stars-- especially when it comes to responsiveness. She was ALWAYS quick to respond, which we so appreciated as this is our first home. Nancy is friendly and professional, and delightful to work with. She helped us both with buying and selling. She was always available and quick to respond to questions and concerns. With buying, she was alert and knowledgeable about what to watch out for. When we had trouble with the bank meeting deadlines, Nancy advocated for us until everything got done properly. Buying and selling a home is a stressful experience but when you are doing both at the same time it is more then double the stress and I really couldn't have done this without Nancy's expert guidance along the way. Nancy was our real estate agent for about 5 months and she was great. She was always on time for showings, responded to emails quickly and was very knowledgeable in her field. Any question you had, she could answer it! If I ever decide to sell my house or buy another one, I will definitely go with Nancy and I recommend her to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a home. She tells it like it is, will always be honest with you...hard to find great service like that these days!!
If you're looking for an agent with seeming endless patience and experience; then Nancy Anderson Miles is the clear choice. She was always available to answer our questions even if we needed to call her multiple times a day. She was very supportive of our needs especially with us being first-time home buyers; and she never steered us towards anything outside of our comfort zone. She is the model by which all outstanding Realtors should be based upon.
I was at a low point...I was young, going through a difficult divorce, and had very little money. My ex-spouse and I needed to sell our home. Neither of us could afford the mortgage alone. Nancy was the most honest and determined Agent you can find! She is very responsive in answering her cell and returning email. I can not find a better Agent. In this poor economy she keeps the sales process moving with both sides very happy. If I was selling or buying again there is no doubt that I will be calling only one person Nancy.
