She made the experience very manageable even though the seller’s agent was very difficult. I would use again and recommend to a friend or family member. She has lots of experience and is very knowledgeable. We were first time homebuyers.

Five stars, 10 if I could. I recently had to sell my condo and move to another state to care for my mother. Because of this, I really needed the sale to be quick. I can honestly say that Nancy went above and beyond all my expectations. She worked tirelessly for me to complete the sale, which happened within about 3 weeks. Since I was 800 miles away, Nancy did a lot of things for me that I consider to be outside of what is required of a Real Estate Agent.
