Nancy is an exceptional realtor, because she has worked in real estate in this area for so many years she was able to connect us to the right people to make the process smooth and easy. By far, Nancy's #1 trait is communication. She stays on top of EVERYTHING! She not only speaks with you, but your inspector, your closing attorney, your bank, etc. She's really good.
