I went in to Nancy & Co. to ask about designing my daughter a ring out of one of her grandmother's rings. Nancy gave me so many options. she spent over an hour going through the pros and cons of different styles and checking on availability. She was fabulous. I found the right ring for my daughter and even more ideas for other pieces. The whole experience was wonderful.
