My girlfriend purchased a tennis bracelet for me in April of this year and less than a month later my bracelet broke from the links. We took it back to the store and they sent it off to be repaired but it took almost 3 weeks to get back. She also was charged a fee for repairs, only for the bracelet to still not be repaired correctly. Now the bracelet has broken again in the same link that was supposed to be repaired in June. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this particular store. Northport or Demopolis location.

We usually don’t charge for a repair even something had been purchased recently and the repairs are done in the Northport store usually in a couple if days. We will be glad to make it right, don’t know how this error happened.
