Dr Nam is a great doctor but I was very disappointed today(10-07-2020). My husband had an appointment. I (his wife) went with him. They took our temperature before entering the building and ask several questions. We wore mask and waited in the waiting room. When they called him back I was told I could not go back with him. We always go to the doctor together because we both have questions and two people listening is better than one. I am so tired of this. If mask work then why separate us. I am so fed up with this. I have trusted Dr Nam now for six years, and am pleased with and blessed by his excellence and skill. I have no reservations whatsoever with recommending him. The results from my having seen Dr Nam have been life-saving and very satisfying

I would not recommend Dr. Nam. He did not listen to me or try to help me with my immediate problem, just kept saying I had to have a test. I scheduled the test, called a week later- desperate for help, did not receive a call back. Called again 24 hours later and was told to "go somewhere else" . Is that what he tells patients who are thinking the ER is the next stop?

Very pleased with his communication skills, explained the procedure that would be done the expected turnaround with results.
