Floating is the best way I have found to connect with myself without outside influence. I use it to help with my shoulder pain as well. It took me a few floats to find a comfortable position (for me arms above my head) and to fully relax in the tank. I can not recommend floating enough to everyone and anyone!
My floats have been so outstanding, I've decided to purchase a monthly membership. I always look forward to floating, and Jon is a really chill dude. Between my lowered anxiety and my no-longer-hurting back, I love hanging out in the tank. Every float is a different experience for me, as well!
I'm so happy to have stumbled upon Nalu. There's healing in the water. I climbed out of the tank feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Thanks for providing a space for sharing peace Jon.
First time floater here and wow! It was incredible! I recommend floating to anyone who needs to wind down and escape from life for awhile. It is an experience like no other. Jon is great and really cares about his business. I will definitely be coming back.
