From the moment you step inside the door you are surrounded by a sense of peace. Jon has a very calm and caring way about him. Time just slows down and you are able to relax. The two float rooms are very private and clean. The tanks are well maintained and easy to get into. You have the option to enjoy total darkness and silence or have soothing light and relaxing music to guide you through your experience. An excellent alternative for muscle relaxation. Especially amazing for those who are into alternative healing practices and who practice meditation. So relaxing and resetting for the mind and the body.

I heard about this from a friend. She recommended it due to health issues, depression and a chronic pain in my rhomboid muscle. I started with the intro pack bc I was skeptical. I ended up doing 4 floats in a month. My rhomboid muscle hasn't bothered me since my second float. It's amazing stress reliever to unwind for 60 minutes and listen to your heart beat. I bought 3 more floats! Plus the owner is extremely nice! I recommend it for anyone that needs a reset with their brain.
Oh the feeling of being a flowing conciseness with no boundaries. Love the visions that come when you cut off the senses. It is such a wonderful calm and relaxed state after a float. The tension I has holding in my lower back has been released.
Loved the float of course but the Reiki was really the best gift. It was phenomenal. I highly recommend going just for that or do the reiki before a float, like I did.
