I had such a great experience with Shannon buying a Lexus in September that I bought another Lexus in December! He was extremely knowledgeable but at the same time low key and easy to talk with. My experience purchasing my Lexus from Shannon was not like going to a car dealership it was more like purchasing a car from a close friend! He was knowledgeable about the car and presented the information to us professionally . . . but not as a pushy car dealer. He was the most pleasant salesperson we have ever dealt with! We were looking at another car besides a Lexus but Shannon made it easy for us to decide to go with the Lexus.
