Salesman is too narrow a word to describe Shannon. He is more like an account executive - if a single customer can be considered an account . What I'm trying to say is that he is VERY PROFESSIONAL! He worked to get our deal done like no other car salesman with whom we've ever worked. I had such a great experience with Shannon buying a Lexus in September that I bought another Lexus in December! He was extremely knowledgeable but at the same time low key and easy to talk with. My experience purchasing my Lexus from Shannon was not like going to a car dealership it was more like purchasing a car from a close friend! He was knowledgeable about the car and presented the information to us professionally . . . but not as a pushy car dealer. He was the most pleasant salesperson we have ever dealt with! We were looking at another car besides a Lexus but Shannon made it easy for us to decide to go with the Lexus.

nally is a rip off – I recently wnet to nalley lexus in smyrna to have some repair work done and after being given an estimate of $2800.00 I decided to get a second opnion fron hennesy lexus. I walked out of hennesy paying $256.38, my car is fixed and when the service writer at hennessy went over the estimate fron Nalley it was discovered that some items were under the powertrain warranty that they tried to scam me for and what they had claimed as a "massive oil leak" turned out to be a loose drain plug that they had install... read more
