I had a great experience with Nalley Lexus! Their salesmen were very professional and knowledgeable of their vehicles. I was also able to call the finance department ahead of time to get approved for my truck ! That made the wait time soooo much shorter!
I just purchased a car from Nalley Lexus Smyrna and had a great experience. The salesman and sales manager stayed in touch without being pushy. They did not have the car I wanted on the lot but were able to secure it through the dealer network and delivered within three days.
I love having my service done at this location. My service advisor J Hernandez is the best ever. His honesty and integrity is like a breath of fresh air. He is always kind and truthful. I couldn't have ask for a better place to buy a car. The salesman was so friendly and knowledgable about the car we selected the entire dealership and the process of buying a car was a great experience.
Nalley Lexus Galleria is tops on service. Prior to buying my RX350, I had a Mercedes SUV. Your Lexus service beats Mercedes hands down. You know how to treat a customer. Your staff is very professional, courteous, and helpful. I was pleased at the speed of the service. Of course, I loved the fact that you washed and cleaned the car too. I bet you have a lot of repeat customers! I would recommend you to anyone looking for a nice car.
