I purchased a used vehicle at a fair price. The deal went well but the saleman (Les) did not process the tag paperwork in a timely fashion and blamed in on my insurance agent. If there was a problem with the agent, I was not notified. I will be vacationing with an expired drive out tag. My down payment check was supposed to be held for 3 days to allow for funds to be transferred. It was deposited immediately. If I had trusted them to do what they said, my housepayment would not have cleared.

Shannon made buying my new Lexus a great experience. It took me longer to pick out the new car than for him to get it ready and and the paperwork completed. Shannon thought of everything and I will recommend him to friends who make the make the right decision of getting a new Lexus. I drive 40 miles (and live 2 miles from another Lexus dealer) to get to Nalley and Shannon's great service. It is well worth it.

Shannon is one of the most professional account executives (not a saleman) I have ever worked with. Shannon is a low pressure high follow-up results person. If you want FIRST CLASS service you will definitely receive it working with Shannon. He cares about your needs and more importantly, he listens to your needs and delivers what you "actually" want. Salesman is too narrow a word to describe Shannon. He is more like an account executive - if a single customer can be considered an account . What I'm trying to say is that he is VERY PROFESSIONAL! He worked to get our deal done like no other car salesman with whom we've ever worked.
