THE WORST LEXUS DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE!! I only reason that I bought lexus was because I heard their service is amazing, but the service manager in this location (his name is Suldjio) showed me that's a biggest lie ever! They changed my dash which was a recall and I waited almost 2 years for them to finally do it for me and messed up my steering wheel and I was about to get into a really bad accident because of it. He brought his Lexus to us for a repair estimate. We provided a loaner for one day so that we could diagnose it. We reached out to him and his used car lot Georgia Luxury Cars asking them to let us know if they wanted to proceed with the repairs several times for over a week. They failed to respond. Once we charged him for the loaner he immediately returned our call stating he was in the hospital. He returned his loaner this morning.
DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP: I recently purchased a 2010 Rx 350 from this dealership. I have owned this car less than 6 months, I have had the battery replaced, the starter replaced in the first two months. I started having problems with the steering which is a $3,400 repair. All this is verified by the their service techs. The car also has other issues that need to be addressed, to the cost of $5,100 total. I purchased this car at $12,000 plus. I have spoken with Mr. ****** several times since his purchase. Mr. ****** purchased the ten year old car "as is" with no warranties or guarantees. That fact was made crystal clear to him. He initially experienced a couple of issues which we took care of as a gesture of goodwill. When purchasing a new or used car there is no way for a dealer to guarantee there will be no issues as cars are a mechanical product prone to fail. So let me start off by saying this, I NEVER leave any reviews on anything. However, I'm a manager at a car dealership myself, so I felt that I at least should let someone be aware of my experience. I got there and had to ask someone for help getting to the correct place in the dealership, since noone acknowledged us. Then once I was in the showroom, so many employees walked by and did not say a word to my friend or me. We had to track someone down and ask for help to grab a salesperson.
