I was mistreated, misguided. this place is definitely nt worth going there, they are about money I purchased a car and went back the next day with complaints and they would not help me.. they put a bad taste in my mouth for Lexus this is my fourth and last Lexus. my family has purchased Lexus and because of how I was treated they are leaving lexus also.do not buy from them!!!!!! ****** Lexus Roswell are full of S**T

****************** purchased a brand new Lexus **. She took delivery and consummated the transaction. The next day she came in claiming she experienced an issue with the ** and wanted to return it. She was made aware that the **************** does not have a Cooling off Period and a return would not be possible. We offered to exchange her ** for another ** however she declined our offer.
I have a 2007 Lexus IS250. My dashboard and side panels are melting to an uneven and unsightly mess. It started this mess when my mileage was around 90k, now it is 107k. When it was around 97k, I asked ************************* of Nalley Lexus if this is still under recall, he replied the recall had just expired and Lexus cant do anything about it. Sorry! Ordered a new 2023 NX350h in February with specific options. Car arrived in May. According to the sales person (and Lexus website) the car supported a ***** lb towing capacity (option purchased) and tow hitch. I also wanted a front camera to avoid hitting curbs and to make parking easier, which I was told could be ordered after the car arrived.After the car arrived I asked again about the towing package and was assured by the sales person it can be ordered. Drove 4 hours planning to purchase a certified vehicle from them. Talked on the phone and texted with several sales people who all said the car was in great shape. When I arrived I saw a text sent from one of the salesman showing a large dent in the front grille, I looked at the vehicle anyway as I drove 4 hours, and found several paint chips on the back bumper, another crack and paint chip in the front bumper and several chips on the hood. Our sales associate had indeed sent him a video and a picture of the actual damage to make him aware. The vehicle had just been traded in the evening prior so it had not been thru our inspection process. Unfortunately, he didn't view the message when it was sent and waited until he arrived. We offered to deliver it to him once the repairs were performed to save him the trip back however he declined.
Do not waist your time to buy a car there , go to a different Lexus dealership. Salesperson ****** misrepresented information , we asked specifically if car has regular tires, and he said that Lexus NX 250 has regular tires. Turned out they were run flat with a flat tire in one week of purchase, un drivable as was making slapping sound. The manager ******* was not helping either , she was protecting her salesman, even spoke on high notes , instead of trying to make it right, without any help to resolve the issue. On dealers website I seen a lexus certified vehicle priced at ******. The fact that the vehicle was certified, reasonable price and with low miles on it I did an online inquiry as well as appraised my trade on dealer website. I received an appraisal amount for ******. I went to Nalley Lexus Roswell to buy my 5th Lexus. My wife had bought her third Lexus from this dealership. The claimed to be a "VIP" dealership, which has many services including car pickup, service to the airport and more. The salesman told me I had all VIP membership privileges. He rushed me out of the dealership with my new car and never explained the details of the car. I called several managers trying to get someone to explain how the apple phone system works in the car. I had my 2010 RX350 serviced by Nalley Lexus in Roswell, GA. The 100,000 mile service was delivered. Included in this service episode was new tires and a tire rotation. My wife and and I subsequently drove from Atlanta to Pittsburgh on 11/12. In driving this 650 mile interstate highway trip, I noticed an intermittent thumping in the front left wheel. Buying a car from this dealership turned out to be one of the worst ideas I have ever had. Had I read the reviews before purchasing I would have gone with a different option.
