This is the worst experience I have ever had. My car has been at the dealership since October 31.Every week since it's been there, I have to go out there to get an update because they won't answer the phone or e-mail. I am not provided with a rental car or approved to get refunded for getting one. I took my car there because it smelled like it was burning. Now I can't drive it at all. I will forever regret the day that I purchased a *** ********** PERIODT!!!!! I have only had my car 8 years, never driven out of state, I only drive less than 10 miles to work daily, ALWAYS keep my oil changed and maintenance on my car, yet I am possibly looking at getting a replacement engine out of my pocket. I recently purchased a 2022 Telluride Nightfall edition. On 7/20/22 I scheduled an appointment for 9a.m. w/Kia of Nalley in ********, ** to have my air fixed in my 2013 Kia ******* I arrived and waited about ******************************************** his office. I stated my air was not working and mentioned that maybe it was the compressor. He began telling me what the dealership cost ($1250) was and market cost (non dealer equip around a few hundred less in his words). I purchased a car from Nalley ****** on April 5, 2022. I noticed that the brakes were squeaking so I took the car back to the dealership immediately but was told it was because it had just been washed. Once I drove this car for about two days, the engine went out while I was on the expressway, so I had to call road side assistance to help me. I also had to pay $1,000 to get it towed. Tried to buy a new car. Excessive upcharge on dealer add-ons on new cars for this dealer. All weather floor mats, mud gaurds, and a lifetime warranty on a window tint add-on by dealer to sticker is $3,000. Enough said.

On 5/27/21 I purchased a new vehicle at Nalley Kia in Lithonia. On June 2nd, I brought it to my sales rep's attention that I noticed that the price on the buyer's order was more than the sticker price of the vehicle. Coincidentally the amount that the car price differed was $750, the exact amount they were trying to upsell me for their tint job. Had my car serviced in Nov of 2020 for the engine recall and they told me everything was ok. Then in February my engine falls out on I-285, I take it back to them and then tell me I need a engine but it's cover under the warranty and that it would take 30 days to fix. I received my car back the first week of March and the engine light comes on along with the ABS and trac light now their telling me it's a gas cap and my ABS. I brought my 2015 Kia Cadenza in to get a diagnostic performed on the Sat-Radio-Navigation Head unit which I explained was not loading the software and consequently was not giving me station information or allowing access to the navigation system. I was charged and paid $139.00 (labeled as other) and an additional $13.90 (labeled as +Environmental Fee).
