Car taken hostage they kept my car for 2 months after I was told I could come pick it up the following day they still havent fixed the issue every time I call its like their goal is to get me off the phone so they could hold car longer no matter who I speak to the manger **** the tech ***** If I wouldve got the part and took it to my Mexicans they wouldve gotten me out the door same day Im currently paying a car note so *** could keep my car hostage this is BAD BUSINESS Practice

Did a trade in on a new **** They were supposed to deliver a check for the difference in the trade in amount but since they did not complete the appropriate paperwork it has been a month and I still have not received my check. I contacted them and they promised to investigate and provide a response but none has yet been provided. Buyer beware. I would not do business with them again.
They need to close this place down. My car has been there for weeks and I continue to get the run around. I am upset that I have to write this, but one of the service technicians put my 2022 kia ******* (brand new off their lot) on the wrong lift to do an oil change. they damaged the bottom panels of my car on both sides. My 2016 *********** had been sitting at this dealership for three weeks before they ran a diagnostic. This is the fourth week, and its like pulling teeth to get any answers regarding my vehicle. The engine light was flashing and the car was jerking when pressing the gas pedal. Blatant false advertisement. They have "dealer special" that shows cheap prices for lease. When we went, the salesman (who looked blank as ever) confirmed the price and even showed us the car on the ad. When he brought the lease paper, it was way more than the advertisement price.
