i would always get my waxing (under arms and facial) done with Betty. she always did a really detailed job, and if i had to bring my 1 yr old son with me she would always accomidate HIM which i though was really sweet :-), if i ever had to schedule with Nalini herself she would usually give me a little discount. unfortunatly i moved :-( and havnt found a new place

This woman is insaine to think of touching women with needles are you crazy!!! Unsafe and unclean, totally messed up my face, has cost me in the thousands to repair and get fixed by a real professional .. go to the spcp.org to find the real professional in amarillo..
Absolutely terrible service. Would completely not recommend any service from this establishment. Tried to set up an appointment, they did not save it, tried to set one up again, same thing. Waste of time!

LOVE THE RENOVATIONS! but i do feel sorry for the bad reviews under me, my mom and i go there for facials and betty is soo sweet...nalini even gave us a christmas present couple wks ago when we checked out...i dont know what kind of person would write bad things but if you dont take my word for it, dont take this Rebeca persons word for it either....this place is "homey" if i spelled that right?..anyways its super cute n they are always really nice, helpful n pampering....they make efforts to make you as comfortable as possi... read more
Isnt it ironic that the lady below "Rebeca" posted a horrible review for Nalinis Salon and Day Spa and then on the exact same day she posted 3 HIGHLY praising ones for Better Health and Day Spa... I think that explains a lot.... If you click on the name "Rebeca" it will show you 4 reviews that she posted on the exact same day. LOL pretty pathetic.
I have had 2 eyeliner procedures done here. I didnt get good results the 1st time so I went back the second time. You may ask why go back, I was stupid!!! I didnt get anything more than an eyelash enhancement after 2 times and \$350. Dont waste your money!!! It is also unsanitary. Everytime I went in I wondered if she would ever clean the mirror in the room I was directed to, and every time it looked the same. It always looked as if the shop was under construction. Nothing is better than REFERRALS. The following bad reviews are both posted by a competitor that will remain unnamed. There have been multiple complaints that the reviews are slandering and 100% misleading. The same person posted all over the internet the exact same post discouraging one location to praise their own. You really want to know who is good? Then ask around town.
