Naked Fish in Hayward turned away my friend last night simply because she was in a wheelchair. "We aren't serving anymore wheelchairs tonight." This is illegal, immoral, and shitty as hell. Naked Fish, this will NOT be the last you hear of this. Potential customers, steer clear of this place.
Why don't you serve people in wheelchairs? You might want to look into the rights of the disabled - it's called the Americans with Disabilities Act. Be informed - and be ashamed of yourselves.

I just received post from a friend that mentioned this restaurants policy that they refused service to a young woman with them that was in a weelchair. This, I believe is not only a serious problem but also illegal. I don't live in the areabut I would not patronize this dump under any circumstances! Who is next t be refused, our military personnel? You should be ashamed of yourselves. Stay away!!!!!!!!!
