I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE, it’s so beautiful and so very sanitary and clean. I’ve been coming here for so long and I love how well maintained it is. Danny, Samantha, Yum-Yum, and everyone in here is so professional and very dedicated to all of your needs, the client always comes first. I definitely recommend and will always Refer!!! Horrible Experience – Discriminated and Treated Poorly I had a terrible experience at this nail salon and will never return. My daughter and I came in for a pedicure, and what we encountered was shocking and unacceptable. First, the male technician who worked on my nails did not wear gloves—despite me asking. He had visible cuts on his hands, which is both unsanitary and concerning. Sometimes the the work is excellent, sometimes it is awful. Just depends on the day. Once, I even got yelled at in a foreign language from across the room.
This was the worse nail job I've ever had. The girl asked me if I wanted my nails filed down, and I said just a little bit and I had long nails and she completely filed them all off. They are all uneven and very weirdly shaped. I was so upset when I left it took me forever to grow my nails out that long to leave me with an embarrassing nail job.
Highly recommend this nail spa! I’m always treated well when I come in and never have to wait. Yesterday, I had two toes mess up after I had a pedicure, so they told me I was welcome to come get them fixed today. The manager had someone completely redo them to “make them look fresher” and was super nice about it! I’ve been looking for a solid nail salon for a while in the Birmingham area. This one is fabulous!
