Went in with my daughter yesterday. I got a “pedicure” and she got her toes painted. I should’ve got charged for just getting my toes painted! She hardly touched my feet. We were both done in 20 min! I also got a full set of acrylics, and they’re horrible! Hardly any clear coat on top of my nails, and toes. And no clear coat on my 3 year olds.(The paint will be off in 2 days now) ��
I’ve been here plenty of times without issue but yesterday was terrible. Sat down, waited for a gentleman and he cruised through removing my old polish like he was late for lunch. I am sitting here with gashes all over my nails and skin and when I went in, they looked and felt great. He laughed about it and when It was tip time (because my daughter was given a service too) I asked if there was a tip line on the credit card machine. Walked in on a time crunch. When I asked if I’d get in before I had to go back to work, I was told “oh yes! We will have you out before that”. Waited 20 minutes only to then be told “oh I guess we won’t be able to get you out by then”. Wasted a lunch break, better communication and customer service would have gone a long ways. I will not be going back.
Do u guys give refunds? My daughters nails fell completely off. And they didnt stick she just had her nails done 2 weeks ago n went to a seperate shop to fix color right after. Paid u and paid another 20 to fix color and she has no nails 2 weeks later. How do i go about a refund ??
I got gel nails done last week and they didn't even clip my nails and now my nails have grown out and payed 62$ piece of shit service as well recommended to not go here
I was really impressed with the customer service my friend and I received during our services. So friendly and kind. It's clear that the workers make it a priority to create bonds with their clients. Not to mention, I was very happy with my nails. I will be back. :)
