Love how they do nails don’t complain at all :)
I went in to get dip nails done and asked for rounded tips and they are bumpy and not filed at all. Not worth the 40 dollars I paid. Also when I asked for shimmer on top they told me that I should have got a shimmer color than, when other places will do that no problem.

I ave been going to Nails Pro for years but I am done. They have gone way down hill in my opinion. All they care about is the all mighty dollar and how many people they can push through the door. I went last night and was treated so poorly last night from the technician number 14. She had the drill so fast that is was so hot 4 times in my hand. She roughly handled my fingers and hand. Not really really relaxing at all. Never again going there.

Very rude staff. Had appointments and they took walk ins before. Had a staff yell and roll her eyes at me for asking about a wait time. Won’t return
I was in town and decided to get my nails done with a friend. We were helped right away. I requested to get a full set of acrylics with gel polish. They had many color options to choose from. My friend decided to try dipped nail polish and it was beautiful. Both the ladies that helped us, were very polite and listened to what we wanted done. Junk! Just left there gloppy nails will NEVER dry. A hoppy mess. What a waste of money
Service was average. Really disappointed because within an hour of the service the nail polish is already cracking.
