upon walking in , the front desk worker acted stuck up and rude towards me. I then proceeded to wait 45 minutes which I was okay with considering they were just , once the woman started working on me nails she rudely told me the nails shape i wanted wasn’t right and was trying to correct me even after showing pictures. When drilling she didn’t ask what length i wanted until after she already drilled them down and they were cut too short.
