I've been a customer for 5 years. I've seen no rhyme or reason for payments. I always get the same thing done and the cost is always different. Sometimes its higher and sometimes its lower. Either way its been a 100.00 or close to 100.00 for a gel French mani or pedi. If I've ever had something wrong they fixed it because I say something but I'm not a big complainer either. Just for a manicure they charged me 40 bucks I was Iike really . If I wood have know that I wood he put fake nails on to much for poor service
I was ok until I went to Pay. I have two fingers that are bleeding, a thumb nail that is not even. These are things I can look over, however, I went to Pay and was told my total was $40 for a fill on acrylic nails. They charge $20 for gel polish which was not told to me prior to getting the polish put on. Over priced. My fill cost more then a brand new set of nails. I won’t return. $20 gel polish????? Then the lady told me that was normal for pricing.....no, it’s not. You are ripping people off.

In our business we do appreciate good criticisms, and we do thrive to make things better for all our customers. I do apologize for assuming that when you ask for gel, you knew the price. Anyway, I am glad that you have returned and gave us a chance to make things right.
I get a better pedicure at the Walmart across the street. Left with rough feet, not so great paint job and they did the massage part for not long at all.

This place looks very nice, however I went in for a pedicure and it was the fastest, most half-assed pedicure that I have ever had! And it wasn’t cheap either! My polish came off a week later. Overall I was very dissatisfied
The salon was very nice and clean and people were friendly. However, I'm not sure if I got someone who was inexperienced or what, but my nails looked horrible!!! The polish still wasn't dry after 45 minutes, may have been old or she caked it on too thick, who knows? I ended up just taking it off as soon as I got home. I then realized how sloppy she was when she clipped my cuticles. I brought my own polish for my pedicure and it dried quickly.
