Today, I walked in with my mother to get pedis. Not one staff member greeted us, so we signed in and sat in the waiting area. Two minutes later, someone walks in who is not of the same skin complexion as my mother and I...they were greeted immediately. We left without being serviced. If you are an African American, I get the feeling that they might not want you or your coins in their establishment.
PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOURE AFRICAN AMERICAN! They will not greet you lie others nor make you feel welcomed. Look at the previous reviews stating the same thing. This is a absolutely true!
I love this place! I get my nails done about every 2-4 weeks and the staff is friendly and professional. They have a great selection of gel and polish colors - and my favorite, the color changing mood gels! Trust me, it’s worth the money!
I arrived right at opening to get dipped nails. The nail tech put me at a section to soak the old dipped nails off. I thought I’d be there for maybe 15 minutes, but she started on someone else. I thought someone will come help me when my nails soak off. 40 minutes later, she finished the other girls and came to me. There were people who had arrived well after me getting helped by other nail techs. When she finally came over to me, I asked her to cut my cuticles back before dipping my nails. The worst service I've ever had PERIOD, we made an appointment for 10:30 AM and somehow they marked us down for 10:30 PM... they are not even open then. I have been sitting here for at least 30 min, it's my birthday it was supposed to be relaxing and fun that's why we made an appointment but it's swamped and they are understaffed for a Saturday they need to get it together!
