I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the first few times I went here were great. But then the last 2 times I went they made my feet bleed. They did not apologize or even ask if I was okay, they just put my feet back in the dirty water...it did not seem healthy or sanitary. I will not ever be going back.
The last time I went to have my old ones removed to have a new set put on, the girl ripped 2 of my nails, causing them to bleed. I've been coming here for a while, but I won't be back after this.
Friday I got a fill in done (was not uber happy with the job) and by Sunday they had lifted. Came back on Tuesday to have it corrected and left with 4 cuticles sliced open and bleeding, as well as one of the nail she "fixed" is completely crooked. I tried to show her and she just nonchalantly ignored me. How does this happen at a place that's suppose to be 5 star?? NEVER again!
I think Hailey did a great job. I loved the hot stones massage. I'm already looking forward to next time.
Best spa pedi experience!!! Courteous, attentive, amazing atmosphere...cannot say enough good things about the great staff and services! A+++++
