This salons service has deteriorated over the last 18 months. My last visit for an infill took 3 hours. I booked one person who started the process then another took over, after 3 days I had to have them redone elsewhere. Helen needs to sort out the service, allow reasonable time between clients and not have therapists jumping back and forth from one client to another taking a 50minute process over 2 hours. I won’t be back sadly.

I absolutely love this salon and have been coming here every time I travel for work in Melbourne and stay at the Marriott. The owners are hard working and beautiful people who recently stayed back on a Sunday night to do my nails (with their little baby asleep in a pram). And the attention to detail, perfection and colours to choose were beyond what I could have expected for the price. Took my daughter for her first nail appointment. She chose french tip SNS and they did an amazing job. Such attention to detail. Very happy.

I liked the final result of my nails, but the overall experience could have been better. The staff were speaking amongst themselves throughout, using imitative tones that made my friend and me feel a bit uncomfortable. It also took longer than usual, and the technician wasn’t very gentle with my hands. The atmosphere didn’t feel very welcoming.
