I walked into the nail salon because it was empty and therefore thought refilling my acrylic nails would not take longer at all. I first had a nail tech who was clearly experienced, then a regular customer of theirs walked in and she left to go and fix two of her nails which were in need of repair and a change of colour. Really disappointed with the service I received yesterday. The technician used a drill bit for filing my toe nails which was far too big, meaning that it repeatedly filed across my skin, causing stinging. Despite flinching each time, the technician carried on. Finally, the technician cut me badly enough with the file that I shouted out in pain and pulled my foot away - despite this, the technician grabbed my foot and carried on, did not acknowledge the injury or even say sorry. Very impressed! My nails look amazing and he really took the time to make them perfect. There was no wait and I didn’t have a booking. Will definitely be back again ☺️

Don’t ever waste your time coming here. I spent 2 hours at the salon and had to leave because they still weren’t finished! All I had done was 1 set of BIAB nails came in at 10am, I was late for a function and had to leave,they still charged me $60. Dont waste your time, unprofessional and not even apologetic!!
