I chose to stop using Nails 2000 in DeSoto, Texas due to being informed by an employee, another nail tech, that I was referred to as being “too ticky”, therefore, the other nail techs did not want to provide service to me. Apparently because I asked the nail tech to clean the build-up of nail debris/ash off the countertop; and on another visit, the same nail tech attempted to use a non-sterilized nail file on my manicure. I went to nail 2000 Saturday March 13 got there around 950 am people was comeing in 25 minutes after I got they got waited on im still sitting there I was there one hour and 30 minutes I was look over I pass and said you take people and looking over me I got my toes did finly price I pick was 35 dollars when I got up to pay they charge me 55 dollars way to much I won't be going back
