Staff were very sweet but make sure to ask them to sanitize the tools while you’re watching. I went in for a color change on my toes and the lady used a drill from the nail compartment on them and put them immediately back in that drawer. I was a little skeptical thinking that maybe she would clean all of the utensils at the end but she didn’t. This is my second time noticing , but now I know that I wasn’t tripping.
I received a fill for my overlay and a pedicure. To be honest disappointing it looks like he applied acrylic over my actual cuticles. An older lady gave me a pedicure and she finished before people that started before me were done. I don't feel that the service was that great. Not sure what's going on with ALL these nail shops, but why can't they make an overlay look natural. They don't clean the cuticles they just file your nail and apply thick layers of acrylic. Not a welcoming environment at all the ladies speak in Chinese half the time I was there and laughing and half a’’’ Doing Their job!!!
