This were the worst nails I’ve ever had & definitely bad service. Kevin was filing my nails and cut my hand up on each finger by the cuticle. I told him twice and he said let me get someone else to do your nails. He went and told the manager she came out and did them. Prior to that I told them the nails were too big, but you know how they like to argue. They didn’t ask me the shape & he proceeded to shape them like I didn’t say they were too wide. Staff were very sweet but make sure to ask them to sanitize the tools while you’re watching. I went in for a color change on my toes and the lady used a drill from the nail compartment on them and put them immediately back in that drawer. I was a little skeptical thinking that maybe she would clean all of the utensils at the end but she didn’t. This is my second time noticing , but now I know that I wasn’t tripping.

I received a fill for my overlay and a pedicure. To be honest disappointing it looks like he applied acrylic over my actual cuticles. An older lady gave me a pedicure and she finished before people that started before me were done. I don't feel that the service was that great. Not sure what's going on with ALL these nail shops, but why can't they make an overlay look natural. They don't clean the cuticles they just file your nail and apply thick layers of acrylic.
