I love Mrs.Pauline & Charlie , I won't go anywhere else.
I just left this nail shop. This was my second time visiting the shop and the first time I went the customer service was terrible. Today was my second and last time. I walked in she asked me what I needed, I advised her I needed a feel in. She said just like this, we don't have time to do feel-ins make an appt. Yet you have walk-ins welcome on the window. This nail salon is dead to me. Just rude all money spends the same.
Been getting my nails and feet done here for over 10 years!! I love the staff and the service and the product is the best in Augusta!
Horrible customer service. Sat in there for over an hour before they told me if would be another hour before they could help me since I didn't make an appointment. The window said "Walk In's Welcome" -- however it did not say "Only 2 people doing nails and the other 10 doing toes" Will NEVER go there again. Ever.
