THEY DON'T LIKE BLACK PEOPLE
Sitting Here As We Speak, No “Hey, How Can I Help You” And After 40 Minutes Still Do Not Have My Eyebrows Done. 😩
I Love the atmosphere and the customer service..... I love the shop and the new Birds where a great added touch very relaxing
I left after sitting for over 30 minutes without acknowledgement.
Charlie and Pauline are the best!! They always are so helpful and know exactly what I need. I live 30 minutes from them and have plenty of nail places to choose from but none treat me as special as they do.
Love this place... I've been a loyal customer since 2006 and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Pauline and Charlie are the best in town.
Wish i could give 0 stars. The absolute worst customer service ever.
