After we use the filer, buffer and pumice stone, we throw them away and use new ones for sanitation for our customers. If I could give a zero I would. I have been going here for awhile and had no problems. I really liked this nail place. But the last time I went in the lady did my nails completely crooked. Two of them completely popped off for no reason and I had fungus under my nail. When I went in today to get them fixed I said I wanted all my nails removed to treat for fungus and she said she would have to charge me. Andy is awesome and fast shapes well and nails last does exactly what you ask him to he makes your nail dreams come true! And the shop is clean and drama-free no attitudes they get you in and get you out.
I absolutely love this place. I wanted the SNS nails and it's hard to find someone that can do them. I saw on their page that they do them so I went. The lady that did them did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I don't have to go to North Augusta now. They are just down the road from my job. Thanks Nail Pizazz
Always great service, positive customer care, relaxing
My friends Erin, Erin and I had just finished running our fall festival at church, and we were scrambling to get our pedicures before the shops closed. With 20 minutes left before closing time, this place took pity on us and took us in with no rush. All 3 of us have found our new nail shop. Thank you so much for your kindness!
