All of my nails are supposed to be almond shaped but are filed to the right in a slant. $70 later & I will not be back because Davis is arrogant, cut my nails wrong and cut me with the drill but in customer service, a 20% discount would have been the least they could do for my my experience. I’m glad he told me Andy(former nail tech there) was down by BMW so when I visit I know I will be getting too service! My natural nails are ruined and I’m highly pissed because my thumb burns so bad still!
I came in to get my eyebrows done. Service was quick and helpful. I believe the woman that helped me was Sandy, and she did a wonderful job! I’ll definitely be back.
Been going here for years... Never a bad experience!
