I don't understand the negative reviews on this salon. I've been going regularly for over a year and have always had excellent service and been more than pleased with my pedicures & manicures. The salon is lovely & always very clean. I would highly encourage you to give them a shot & I'm sure you'll be back. Belinda

This place is wonderful.! I have been coming here for 2 years and they have always done a great job. Jennifer and Michael are always accommodating and keep a very clean salon. I'm not sure why there are poor reviews but I will continue to come here and recommend them to everyone I know.

I read the negative reviews but still gave the place a chance. It was terrible... honestly, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any business. We waited for a long time, they were very rude, and then they ended up charging me $59 to polish my 2 elementary school age girls' fingernails and toenails. They told me $49 at checkout (which I though was ridiculous!) and swiped my card for that amount and then chased me out the door to tell me I owed them 10 more dollars because they calculated wrong and it should h... read more

This is the WORST nail salon I have ever gone to. I paid $27 for a "pedicure" that took all of 10 minutes. I should not have paid them. When I said something about her work, the girl was extremely rude. She needs to be glad she was paid anything and not kicked in the face. If you value your money, don't waste it in this place. I have been getting my nails and toes done for over 20 years and have never had such bad service.

This was the worst experience I've ever had! I was charged for a pedicure i didn't order, and jennifer spent most of the time actually yelling at me and another customer! They took my credit card to the back and came back and said that it didn't work, which was impossible. I said to [ay in cash I needed my card back to go to Harris Teeter and get money from the ATM machine, but she wouldn't give me my card back unitl I paid! i had to give her my car keys to get my card back to go get cash. When I walked in, they looked really unhappy to see me, even though there was no one in the place. I got a really crappy manicure that did not last long. She spent half the time my regular manicurist takes. And was charged about 20% more then I usually pay. Will not be going back.

The service at this place was very good. Contrary to some of the reviews I saw, the people here treated me kindly and politely. I had a Mani and pedi with the gel polish and let me tell you, the polish stayed on for a really long time! They did a great job at the cleaning up too. I was a bit unsure about coming here to get my nails done based on the other reviews but everyone has their bad days. So I went and I am so happy I decided to give it a try. I will definitely come back again.

The worst experience I have ever had. I tried to not even give them a star but it was required to put something. I recently was taken there as part of my surprise on my birthday with a girlfriend. She and I wanted to get the works on a full acrylic, French Nail mani, for her and a Shellac mani for me with spa pedicures.
