Awful!!! Owner is rude and very disrespectful! Why do we tolerate businesses in our communities that are disrespectful, make money off of us and go live where we are not!?

Came here to make my nails. The Asian guy was attending to me. When I asked him what was his name, he replied that his name was ‘name’ I then asked if he was the owner of the salon and he said what does it matter if he is the owner or not, that I should simply get my nails done. I showed him what I wanted and he said I was too picky. I then asked why he was so rude. When I commented about his etiquette, he looked at me and said ‘hit the road’. I said no more and simply walked out. No point spending my money here.

I have been here several times. The service of not the best but tolerated. There are no loners in the foot spa. But I went two days ago fresh off a 12 hour work shift for almost two weeks so I was tense. The lady nail tech refused to do my mani because of it but when the guy got me, he told me I was trying to help him too much and really handled my hands rough like. The lady who runs this salon is very mean and disrespectful. I came in and as I was last client, she was very rude as to rushing me and rushed through the work even turning some of the lights off. Went back year later just for eyebrows, again she was very rude and attempted to arch my brows without wiping off the makeup on my eyebrows.
