Horrible experience. Went in one evening to get pedicure and overlay, of course they always do your feet first. It was 6:30 when she got finished with my pedicure and she proceeds to say that they wouldn’t have time to do my nails. When they crossed my name out on the paper they should have told me then that I wouldn’t have enough time to do both. If that was the case I would have gotten my nails done instead of my feet. Nail tech made my cuticle around my toe nail bleed. Good thing I had my tetanus shot a couple of weeks before this service. Also gel polish started to peel just an hour later. Informed nail yech I did not have time for repair because I was going out of town. He agreed he would repair it when I returned. He did but tried to charge me for changing the polish color. 5 Points West Location I came at 12 even though it says on Google 9 am, I know most places open at 12 on Sundays. When I got there I saw the sign says 12:30. I walked to Rainbow and shopped around then I came back just for them to tell me they’re not doing eyebrows today and that I had to wait a hour to get a full set. Also there was one customer in there and two employees. I politely left and won’t be back.
