Cindy, the former owner used to do my nails and she was very good. Today, the nail place is under new ownership (Holly). I went to get a pedicure, Helen was the technician working on me. As I was trying to relax, she cut my nails to the point where it was painful. The emery board was on my skin. Holly the owner didn't even acknowledge the incident. Likely, Dana saved the day.
