The owner was rude, and didn't give me what I asked for! And the prices are way too high for Crappie work! Will not return!
I have only wonderful things to say about this establishment!! ALL of the employees are helpful, fun & very creative!! Anna is my girl and she is absolutely Amazing!!! They love creating beautiful art on your nails....they encourage new and creative ideas. I am a HUGE fan of Nail Gloss Salon and everyone that works there!! If you haven't been there you need to try it!!
Harry did my pedicure, the best I have had! He was so professional an excused himself every time he had to step away. Being that a work in a salon myself, I notice all little things and did not notice the least bit of unprofessionalism, I will be for sure returning!
They do a good job as far as nails but are not professional. I had a situation where I had to cancel my appointment due to work prior to this appointment to schedule an appointment I had to pay for half my services which I did. Plus they called me four days before my appointment when I reschedule it two weeks ago to tell me I had to pay half. When I explained this to the manager she said consider us even.
