I wanted some cool designs for a vacation which I stated when I made the appointment and then when I got there they told me I had to tell them specifically what I wanted before hand to schedule extra time and that they couldn’t do it. They also told me what I wanted would look tacky and would cost a ridiculous amount (I wanted a simple chevron/stripe pattern). I was also treating myself and my mom to a pedicure for her birthday and it was the worst/shortest pedicure I have ever had.
Love my Nail Gloss team! I see Harry and adore him! He’s always up for the challenge of anything I want to do! I trust him so much that a lot of times I’ll tell him to just pick something for me! Nail Gloss uses higher quality products than most nail salons & the nail techs SERIOUSLY KNOW what they’re doing. Artist wise it's really nice. I dislike they kind of force you be to a loyal customer from the get go. You can't go in as a first time client wanting a full, you have to get a full set. I dislike you have to make appointments, my work schedule is very crazy and doesn't always allow me set times. With that being said, you would think they would open around 8 or 9 but they open late and set appointments by time, meaning you only have a limited time in the seat.
