My mom is wheelchair bound and they were very helpful making sure she had enough room and was comfortable while getting a pedicure. A few other salons I called wouldn’t even service her due to her being in a wheelchair. Also, I have loved my nails every time I have left this salon.

I have been desperately looking for a new salon.... and most importantly a new nail girl that I LOVED for literally 2 years. Let me first say that I did not know Mandi at all before she did my nails for the first time........ just making sure everyone knows I’m not trying to advertise a friend..... Absolutely love nail gloss and the team that works here. They’re amazingly talented and I feel beyond welcomed every time I come here. This has been my go to nail salon since the beginning of this year and I will not go anywhere else. If I could your company 0 stars I would. If you're going to offer the service of booking an appointment online, you should be able to actually respond to your paying customers instead of leaving them hanging for over 24 hours. I messaged to reschedule an appointment, was told there was a Saturday morning availability which i agreed to and accepted. Then nothing for over 24 hours. I had to reach back to YOU again only to find out that my appointment was never rescheduled and that my 1045 was taken by someone else and then not... read more
