I went with my sister to get full sets and pedis. First thing, girl who was doing my pedi didn't even open a new sterilized pouch! It was already open and once she was done she put it back into the same pouch! GROSS! Second my sister requested rhinestones on 2 fingers, it literally looked like a 3 yr old had done it. The owner Q said she would fix it. We had to come 2 hours later to get 2 nails fixed that literally took 5 mins to do! Both of our gel polish peeled off with in a couple of days as well. They have great service but I wish I didn't have to go through a translator to tell them what I want.
