So I did a review on here a couple weeks back and gave it 5 stars for the amazing nail work that the manager Q does but after today and dealing with the rude person that answers the phone i don’t think I want to go back. I had an appt with Q and something came up which I get things happened and she cancelled the appt he calls me back to tell me she will be in and can do it well then I get another phone saying she can’t make it and has to cancel again and he laughed you booked my appt twice and then cancelled my appt twice in... read more

Q does my nails and they always look Fabulous. I get compliments on them all the time. Love these guys. They do great work.
I used to love coming to this place. As of late the service has been poor and my nails don't last. I had shellac nails done this past Wednesday the 22nd and they have peeled off already. It's overpriced and the service is mediocre. I will not be coming back.
Worse place ever terrible service and customer service waited in the pedicure chair over an hour in a half was left there in cold ass water when I got tired of waiting and was gonna pay for half the service as that's what I revived the police was called and I was told I had to pay for the full service? WTF? So I aid $33.00 for this poor excuse of a nail salon to make me sit and wait on them wasting my time and still made the money for a full service they didn't provide?
