Always a great experience! At other places I get push back for wanting my nails shorter, Terri did my nails EXACTLY how I like them �
They got me right and tight. Great experience with the pedicure so relaxing and the foot massage with the lotion was awesome. Thanks I will definitely be back time after time
I had a wonderful experience. They got me right in. I asked if I would be done by a specific time and they informed me that I would. Got my mani exactly the way it's supposed to be given, paid my bill, and walked out the place at exactly the time they said I would be. EXCELLENT in my book.
She did my full set of nails exactly as I wanted and was sweet and was fun to chat with while she did them.
This place is horrible! They definitely don't have the same respect for men as they do women. I came for a pedi and had to remind the lady to cut ALL of my toe nails. They didn't let me feet soak. They didn't put anything in the water, and they tried charging me full price when the special is plastered on their window to last from Nov 19 - February 1
If I could give them a 0 rating, I would. Dirty, unorganized, lacking professionalism. During my appointment my nail technician was also the receptionist and distracted often by phone calls. She also had to go pick up the children at the daycare while I waited for her to come back and finish my manicure. Within two hours of my gel manicure my nails were chipping and looked awful. I would never go back and I do not recommend anyone to go to this salon.
